1. Prices - Currency
   All items are prices in Euro. The currency conversion shown on the individual items pages are for informational purposes only and may change. Please refer to your final price in the shopping cart. Please pre-pay your order using PayPal if you prefer to pay in your own currency.
2. Shipping Charges
   Automatically calculated shipping charges are for most European Countries only! Greece, Finland and non European Countries, will occur additional shipping charges. To expedite order processing, most smaller charges will be added without notification.
3. General shipping: all in stock items will be shipped within 2 - 3 weeks. This excludes special orders. All seasonal items are subject to availability, especially during off season. Please order early.
4. Priority Processing: All requests for priority processing will incur an additional shipping charges. We can ship overnight, 2-day or 3-day - please specify.
5. ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED TO THE CARRIER AT TIME OF DELIVERY. All shortages and breakages must be notified to PastryWiz within THREE DAYS of receipt of shipment. Failure to notify of any damage or shortage within this time frame may result in loosing the right to compensation
6. Videotapes and books are non-returnable.
7. Edible goods are non-returnable.
8. Returns
   There is a 15% re-stocking fee on items returned. Items must be returned to us within 15 days of the invoice date , undamaged, and in undamaged packing. If the item is damaged or used, we will not accept the return. Please e-mail us for a RMA number prior to returning an item. Returning an item without an RMA number will delay your refund.
   Please do NOT contact the fulfilment centre (shipper) as they are unable to help you. We are always reachable by e-mail and love to help.
9. All specialty orders are non-returnable. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of order.
10. PRICES CHARGED FOR GOODS SHALL BE THOSE RULING AT THE TIME OF SHIPMENT AND THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW ANY ITEMS IN THE CATALOGUE OR CHANGE PRICES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE IS RESERVED.

If ordering by fax or mail, please print out the regular order form (shopping basket) that shows your purchase including the shipping charges. Please include your billing and shipping address, making sure to also provide an e-mail address, so that we can contact you in case there is a question.
